Job Description

Communication with Customers, Carriers/Co loaders and inter offices .Follow Operational Processes from pick to the delivery of shipments at destination.Comply with Carriers / Co loader s documentary requirements .Comply with Export Consolidation and HB/L/HAWB preparation and issuance .Filing , Dispatching documents to carriers customers, inter offices as per company SOPs.Ensure timely processing and handover of Documents to respective concerns.Track and Update customer with latest status of their shipments.Manual update of Job Costing/Billing.Document Receipt and Verification.Assist in preparation and sending quotations to the customers.

Job Specification

Excellent Communication Skills.Good Customer Service skills and abilitiesOperational know-how (Ocean Export Services)Good IT capabilities and understandTeam player, use own initiative and able to follow processesEnthusiastic and self motivated and able to work under pressure.
