Shinsung Shipping orders four cargo ships at Dayang Offshore

South Korean owner Shinsung Shipping has placed an order at China’s Jiangsu Dayang Offshore Equipment for the construction of four 6,500 dwt cargo ships. The vessels will be classified by Korean Register, however no other contract details were disclosed. Shinsung Shipping currently operates a fleet of 16 vessels, most of which are small dry cargo vessels ranging from 2,700dwt to 11,000dwt.
