Truck in Rockland hits telephone pole, tree, steps of house

ROCKLAND — A truck hit a telephone pole, a tree and then the front steps of a house Sunday morning in Rockland near the Abington line.

Rockland firefighters said in a social media post that the crash happened on Summer Street.

“The driver was transported to an area hospital for evaluation,” the department said in the post. “No further info is available.”
