Delivery disruption to 1,500 convenience stores on cards as Booker drivers vote to strike
 

Forty drivers at wholesaler Booker Retail Partners have voted unanimously for strike action in a move which could see deliveries to 1,500 convenience stores in London and the south east face severe disruption.

In what is the latest twist in a long running dispute, all 40 drivers at Booker’s Thamesmead depot voted for strike action last week in protest at the failure of the Tesco subsidiary to include them in a temporary GBP5 an hour pay uplift which the company […][1]
