An additional 13 newly-developed tours have been added to the collection, which was launched in February to US domestic travellers, expanding it to 28 in total.
New additions include opportunities to explore various US National Parks, as well as the country’s Navajo Nation parks.

Trips feature Indigenous-led experiences in Monument Valley; guides will share their connection to the land, and stops will include a visit to the Native Grill food truck, a community tourism project supporting the Navajo community by sharing its cuisine with travellers. New tour departures will get under way in spring 2022, mixing G’s classic and 18-to-30-something travel styles. Classic trips offer several parks in one go, time in cities and hotel accommodation.

Eighteen-to-30-something trips are more adventure-oriented, with campsite and motel accommodation. Camping trips will include meals. Samantha Couture, director of US product at G Adventures, said the November reopening was the perfect time for G to launch its United States of Adventure trips globally.

“The new collection meets the demand from travellers globally who are looking to get out in nature and be more remote,” said Couture. “The trips have been a hit domestically, and we’ve worked hard to make the experiences enriching and fulfilling for a global audience.
“We’re excited to include a variety of different and difficult-to-book experiences in the itineraries, such as a Navajo-guided tour of Antelope Canyon and an Indigenous-led Jeep tour through Monument Valley. Exploring these incredible parks led by the passionate people who call these places home is what makes these adventures stand out.”

G’s seven-day classic-style Best of Utah and Arizona National Parks trips starts and ends in Las Vegas, and comprises a hike through Bryce Canyon, a chance to see Zion’s Navajo sandstone giants, visit the Native Grill food truck and take a Navajo-guided jeep tour of Monument Valley.

The trip leads in from GBP1,699pp, excluding flights.

The nine-day Best of California (classic) tour leads in from GBP1,849pp and the eight-day US Road Trip – Joshua Tree and the Southwest Parks (18-to-30-something) tour from GBP1,299pp.
